Sadly no, I've tried scanning it in the past but it's over all size and the way it folds makes it very difficult to keep it aligned and flat on the scanner, as such this means it's nearly impossible to get the sections to match up again once scanned (I can of course only scan it one A4 sized chunk at a time)
If you wish to play this adventure, I'd recommend investing in an erasable Battle-Mat like those made by
Chessex and
Crystal Caste and draw out the dungeon onto that with erasable pens, these Battle-Mats and ones like them are a great purchase if you're just starting out playing dungeon games and can of course be used again and again for all different dungeons
If you're still determined to track down a copy of the original, it came with Dungeon Magazine 305 (March 2003)
