I can only think of a few from Gw. There is A Gatachan female with grenade laurcher. A con from the last chances with autocannon and gang esher from necromunda. if you want armoured women then em4  do a simple set for only a few quid.
These are the few females that i have come accross so far. good hunting M

it'd be pricey (but then again, Veteran Spam in Vendetta leads to small mini count...) but Hasslefree do armoured ladys...

Shadowforge is the only manufacturer I can think of that make entire ranges of female minis in 28mm. There are plenty of female sci fi soldiers in the scale you want from most miniature manufacturers. You will however have to pick out the female troopers from the different ranges. The problem you will have is getting a group of minis that doesn't look like a rag tag rabble. Your only other problem is that style of the minis will usually be more colonial marine than space marine.

Raging Heroes make female minis in the proper scale and have 3 complete all-female armies in preparation to be made, apparently.
