The skaven warp fire thrower from the Island of Blood boxed set.
I've taken to colour-coding my skaven. Clan Skryre wears grey, which worked surprisingly well as urban camouflage in this picture.

What colours do you use for the other clans?

Clan Pestilens will be various nurgly-greens, obviously.

Clan Moulder...well, I have considered some sort of khaki, possibly with red splatter, to look like leather aprons stained during surgery.

The warlord clans and so on, will be using various dull greens and reds and browns and combinations thereof.

Black skaven probably will wear the same as the warlord clans but in darker shades.
