Rules for Ultra Marines, anyone?

Hey everyone, new to this forum and found it very useful.  
I was curious if any of you had the rules for Ultra Marines?

 I have Space Hulk and Space Crusade and was curious about Ultra Marines but can't find info on how it's played.  Any help would be appreciated.
