Revell Millennium Falcon

I bought this little pre-painted Revell Millennium Falcon well....because its the Millennium Falcon. Its a fair size model, should be useful when I get around to doing a space fighter game (yes Mortis the 'Bommerz over Da Sulphur River' coverted to Death Star trench run that I keep talking about).

The model is still in pieces, top and bottom aren't secured. The clear cockpit piece still needs painting before it all goes together. This has been totally repainted over the pre-paint and I used it as a bit of a test bed for my Tamiya weathering pigments which I think have done a good job of making it look nice and streaky and dirty.



I'll get more/better pictures when there's some actual daylight

Very nice! Reminds me I still have lots of boxed vintage Start Wars models, waiting to be assembled and painted...
The Falcon is one of them, along with the Slave I and some others. I used to love these (well, still do, but don't have the time to build them). Awesome paintjob!
