some of you might have seen the test base i did recently...well it was for these little honkies.

i think they looks fucking sweet. even with my super duper camera on ultimo macro mode they still look mint.



these have a whole bunch of uses. 1, check out my fucking sweet homebrew rules here: servo_skull.xps, second they can also be servitors for my Tech Priest, or even Bodyguards for my commander, as the clever amoung you wll have noticed Biakal has a Servo Skull on his base.

theye are mounted on resin bases from some old company or other- i bet mortis knows them. Demonscape probably.

the rules iv written are VERY provisional and have not been play tested yet but i still think they are better than Matt Wards wank...

I dunno, they've some nice little details and odds and ends. And so long as you can do bone well, it's easy to make them look good.

there is detail, but on the servo skulls you have to be NEAT. once you have the basic lines, washes really pick them all out.
