The faceless Workashopping Nazi's have pushed me to such a limit I am unwilling to comply with anything they may sell again. Thanks Mortis, I feel the decision is the best course, because, generally, well fuck them! The bullying antics have gone too far!  I'm taking very long wise looks at Scibor, I think their miniatures look fantastic. Every figure has a personality, so definitely going to order a few. I'll take a break from wargaming in itself, and avert to Book gaming and the facebook adventure as a worthy alternative :) Any sites you could recommend man?

the last thing I bought from GW was a pot of paint, and when the sales nazi started to ask what I was painting I upset him by saying some miniatures from a company called Griffin Miniatures...fuck 'em is what I say! I collect the old style GW games but  as for the new stuff, I'm not interested.  I play the odd game of 6th edition 40k ( and when I say odd I mean I might play 3 or 4 times a year) but I just can't get excited about it!

You must have deep pockets then! GW have definately gone to the bad in my eyes, figures are going down the pan (just look at some of the crap Dark Angels they've released) but the prices are sky rocketing!!!!!!!

Yes and no.

I am a rareity  as I am not a modeller or a gamer... I JUST like imperial guard.
I know its weird, but the only models that turn me on are GWs IG range. Iv bought no end of other companies stuff, and ended up doing fuck all with it and just giving it away.
I am deeply saddened by this news as it just makes GW look cunts. But we all, as a community, need to realise Citadel and Games Workshop are NOT a co-op or a FUBU or whatever. They make a product and charge for it. Just like Sony or blackberry or Rolls Royce.
They owe us nothing, but I owe them a lot, because my life is berry different since I came in to the hobby.
But for gods sake buy the things that turn you on (much like Toni in the above picture) and bit just buy 'teh new hottness'

I wish PS3's were cheaper, I wish fuel for my Merc was cheaper and I wish parts and labour for my classic car was cheaper.

If GWs models and pricing fuck you off, try the other cool companies Mort always shows us.

That article reminds me of the time I heard Marvel (I think it was) wanted to copyright the generic term "super hero" (and possibly all its variations); to which I'm pretty sure they got told to "fuck off" in the end.

And here's something for you guys to complain about as well; my friend ordered me a chaplain for my BA force - I found the most cost effective force, considering its GW, with Blood Angels in which I only have to purchase a pre-determined amount and never have to buy anything again. Ever. (Un)fortunately haven't actually bought them...
Anyway he ordered one in November last year and I asked him a week ago about, just remembering he said to wait. He hasn't received it yet. Well how about that.
