Just gotta add, I intend on adding a symbol to the banner top, shoulder pauldrons, some kind of piping to the chest and perhaps some detail on his back.
First of all, love the staff head - excellent use of parts there! I suggest adding somthing to thicken the bottom of the staff a little for balance. leave the round bit at the top of the staff plain and paint the symbol on
The Head - adding the 5 lumps detail to the forehead is great touch, but the head you've used is a little small looking for the body - however Genestealer hybrids (and especially Magus) have rather bulbous heads, so I suggest expanding the cranial area with greenstuff to enlarge the head while keeping the facial features the same size
^ bulbous heads
Chest and Back - I suggest adding some technological detail to the back to tie in with the look of the existing hybrid models
all Genestealer hybrids seem to be carrying some kind of life support equipment, I suggest going for a similar sort of thing. guitar wire as tubing should look good and add to the feel. I'd like to see a small respirator like thing on his collar below the chin and on the chest I think it would be cool to have a round detail with the Genestealer sign on it
The Shoulders - pointy pauldrons (like those on Dark Elves) will not only add to the warlock/psyker look of the model but also be a visual link to Tyranid creatures like the Warriors
also note the structure of the Tyranid chest plate - consider making the tubes on the front a technological reflection of this in the same way that the life support looking bits on the back of the old Magus look like the carapace of the contemporary genestealer
I'll try and find some better reference pictures for you tomorrow, but I hope this is at least enough to get you thinking
PS can't wait to see this finished so we can field it in Space Crusade with the new rules I've been writing
-----------------------------------
~The ravings of a single mad Goblin is bad enough, but such a power-hungry, malice-filled creature as Mortis can never hope to be understood~
new arm looks great, the rest is getting there - I think the head could stand to be a little bigger again

And no, I did definately get rid of them, and although I am REALLY tempted to start up a shock-and-awe army of the blighters ['stealers, fex's and all manner of heavy duty murderers] I just cannot bring myself to contemplate spending money on another army. Hell, my current two [three if you consider I have about 40 + zombies right now] are big enough.
This is moreso for Morts Space Crusade game :3
Mankinds first mistake; Questioning why those around him, are dying.
