Just wanted to show you what I was talking about. These are the first two game boards for the game I'm making.

Beyond Hell

I'm currently working on a complete reskinning of Super Dungeon Explore. My game stars the metal band GWAR, using minis from Dreamblade's old 90s "Rumble in Antarctica" game and some custom enemies. I've been making my own 3d game boards with GWAR themes, custom dice, and new tokens/chits and game cards. Nothing from the original Super Dungeon Explore is being used except the rules and gameplay. I've also stripped some of the more rpg-like rules (will, dex, con stats, etc) to simplify the game for my non-gamer friends (they will play a GWAR game, but not D&D).

Ah that's really cool! I do love metal themed miniatures. What materials have you been using to make the terrain?

Thanks guys. I will try to take some close up shots of my minis later tonight. I have all core band members from the old dreamblade line and Techo Destructo, and I have some customized minis for The Morality Squad, and I'll be using cops/swat and clergy that come from various sources as more enemies.
The boards are made from polystyrene foam and pink foam, with added terrain features (the blood pit has lots of glue gun techniques).
I intend to make youtube videos that go into detail for each board, and I will repost those links to this thread once they are done for those who are interested.

Custom Grambo:
This custom Grambo from the Morality Squad is made from the top half of a metal Reaper mini (Edna, Crazy Cat Lady) and the bottom half of a Professor Xavier HeroClix. I'm going to add some heavy artillery to her as well.

Custom Corporal Punishment:
This mini was an old HeroClix mini (The Demon from DC Comics) with some filing and a new paint job:

Custom Spawn Point: Made from air dry clay and some plastic skulls from a strand of Halloween lights.

I'll have more pictures of more minis and the boards later. Some of these pics are old so I will post updated versions. I'm not usually a forum guy and my html is rusty, if anyone can tell me how to post thumbnails I'd be happy to do that next time.
