Deathclaw and Centaur

First things first;

Claw. I got over my fear of the tiny little fingers and the tail detail and went for it;

He's beautiful..


And now my Centaur.
It's gonna be done in a few parts, all swappable to make different beasts.

Here's the basic item;

The torso section pops right off, the two big round gaps are to be fillable with either fore-limbs or...

And now I started work on a second torso to add a different... Erm.. Flavour.

Eventually I'll have a human-headed stalk, arms and perhaps even a canine body & legs (Imagine a "Normal" fantasy centaur but with a fucked up human top half and a freaky, straggley looking dogs body.)


PS; This new rubber-tipped sculpting tool of mine is the best thing I have brought in ages.

cant wait to see the finish deathclaw but is the tail a touch to long?

I'd say it's a bit thick, that's more the problem. Yet, not a problem.

I wanted to get it attached to the wire ASAP so I could shape the segments easier, they DO all need trimming down a bit.
I'm also trying to prevent myself obsessing over every single detail of the beast, to preserve my sanity. D:
