Well it started off with a case of mistaken identity..
Ended up, I decided to turn the sorcerer from the Hero quest box into a Genestealer Magus.
Very WIP;

He will have a hood [I have it made, in basic form] and will eventually have a much more.. Feeble appearance.
Hopefully.

Sadly, I then read up too much on the 'Stealer cults.. [More a bit of a recap]
And just looked at Orks..
Again, WIP and probably will go no further than just this model.

I call these the result of boredom, really. I can't say I like the messy details [But I dislike trying too hard when basics aren't already laid out :3]

HA! you went ahead with it, another victim of one of my projects lol

Both models looking good so far, particularly liking the extended jaw on the Ork-Hybrid

Remember regular hybrids need to be armed a basic weapon (such as bolter or shotgun) or a pistol - this should be held by a 3rd arm for the classic Hybrid look! The Magus should be armed with a Pistol and carry a staff or something as a badge of office as leader of the cult (one of the original models carried a microphone which looked pretty cool)

Heavy Weapon (Autogun, Rocket launcher or Conversion Beamer) carrying Hybrids are also welcome, but I've got them cover already

Further more I'm looking out for a Patriarch/Broodlord miniature or something I can convert into one if anyone has any suggestions (I've spotted a few miniatures in the Hoards range that could work but are rather expensive)

That jaw had to be done, my fondest memory and image of the Genestealers is this image;

Ah you know, spare model, spare time.
I have set up a little arm to go on under his left, but for now have yet to attach it.

I was semi-tempted to simply add a heavy stubber or something :3

I was thinking of a two handed staff pose, like he was iming it down at someone. But for now, body comes first, and there is a fair bit left to do. glad you like, though ;)

Hmm.. Broodlord.. I *do* have those warrior bits, and spare time..
I will put the parts together and think about what could look alright.

Might make a good starting point, look pretty good although the claws look a little large IMHO, the main body looks good though, I might get another box of warriors and give it a try

I'm not so sure about the tail.
Though, perhaps you could take something from 'Tyranid Biodiversity' and give him a really long one.
