Just pretty much finished the beast this afternoon, its one of the longest paint and finish jobs I've done, it was quite a task.

Re: Baneblade finished

excellent paint job on the tank dude, not so sure about the crew member in the hatch though.
none the less great work, I look forward to seeing it on display at THW

The crew member is the one that came with it, its not a very good sculpt but it will suffice till a beter one comes along

Since I posted the pics I changed the figure for a Krieg trooper, but as its back with Steve so I couldn't get pics, needless to say, it looks a lot better than the figure that came with it, but you'll have to see it at Triple Helix if they want it for the cabinet.

I had no idea that the kit was so old, circa 1999, tholugh I've got to say that the new ones are slightly better, the track and suspension design are more realistic.
That said, the newer versions are conversions to fit to the plastic Baneblade, in some ways though the plastic one is easier to convert as its easier to work with than resin.

Glad you guys like it.

It seems... "real", great paintjob! It seems an 'Eavy Metal picture in a WD!

Re: Baneblade finished

You'll have to come over to THW some time soon, are you coming to The Day of the Damned event (August 20th)?
