Space Crusade: the lost expansions

I was reading WD 134 (February 1991) when I noticed something in the "news" section.
Apart from Mission Dreadnought and Eldar attack, two other supplements were in progress (but never realized):
1. a Mission Design Kit (maybe like the Heroquest one), with a set of rules for veteran Marines (new abilities and toughness increased).
2. new missions against the Tyranids, with new miniatures.
Who knows what skills and missions Mr Baker had thought... Any idea?
