If you were an Imperal guardsman in space crusade?

Hi Guys
If you were an Imperal guardsman in space crusade, what equipment would you take?

My first thought was a plasma rifle, then I remembered how many 1's I role. I am that unlucky. That I once roled 20xD6 and got 18  1's. Sod that.

Bolter with grenade laurcher, Krak or plasma grenades. I would wear carapace armour in the hope of some protection. I would also carry as many grenades as I could.
