Space Hulkthe Silent Voyager mission clarification

I've been getting into Space Hulk again for about the last 12 months or so. In searching around for interesting missions I came across the Silent Voyager from Citadel Journal 3. Unfortunately the publication of the mission was completely stuffed up. The author  (G Jokull Gislason) was kind enough to confirm my thoughts on how the mission should have been printed. it should be :

*pg 12 - To the Hunt
*pg 13 - Assassin
*pg 16
*pg 17 - mission should be the Bridge not Distress Signal
*pg 14 - mission should be Distress Signal not the Bridge
*pg 15
*pg 18

The mission can also be found (in its incorrect format) in the 130 mb Space Hulk Missions compendium (please add link if appropriate) and other sources.
