i have just uploaded those Order and Equipment template files you were asking about, just click on the links,
they're about 20 meg each file... (psd files).  each marine chapter has there own colour coded 'layers' to make it easier, just hide which ones you dont want. let me know if you have any dramas.

I've just been looking for the best place to upload/host files... google drive will have to do for now.
