"Artillery Regiments frown on such short range fire support like that offered by the Wyvern, so when they were issued a large number of them I took the decision to second them directly to the mechanised Platoons. Now platoon commanders had their own direct support artillery rolling at the same speed of their APC's. we were lucky enough to have enough for one per platoon, with four or five as a floating reserve."
