1st the name STARQUEST is not dutch it is german (deutsch)
But StarQuest is english words but different to Space Crusade.
Star = Stern
Quest = Suchmission
Space = Welltraum
Crusade = Kreuzzug
Space Crusade = Weltraum Kreuzzug
StarQuest = Stern Suchmission (or) Stern Suche
... we think this came from the bad translation of the game background with strong censorship
NOTE: In germany every deviant StarQuest divided into an Edition that appeared, depending on when they appeared!
The first 2 are Prototyps.
Actioncom said on his page the first edtion is sure ONLY a prototype.
Only the first have the Space-Hulk style books and the 2 mysterious blue dice.
The biggest difference is the dreadnought and androids are some unidentified aliens
and the game board is very differently.
The 2nd Edition (prototyp) 1990
This edition show Chaos Space Marines with all heavy weapons like Imperial Space Marines
and Commanders of both sides are shown with Bolters. (This is very different to the final 3rd Edition)
That the 2nd ED is a prototyp you can see on the cards on the back from your space crusade box!
You can see that it is glued paper on cardboard paper.
But there is still a strong holding rumorse this edtion Exist as Product.
But all we find is this british cover with all inside like the 3rd ED.
The 3rd Edition was in germany 1991 released.
The Video Game become an own Edition why is bring new Mission in a new campaign.
With it came the rules for 1 Zoll fat walls and doors who can crush a miniatur or even the dreadnought.

With the Voyage Beyond Expantion came more cool rules and stuff like Ogryns and Flamer...
The 5th Edition is a Fake Picture which is only for looking!
This Edition is Fan Made Version.
With a voted cover (by all german fans) and comes with a ruele book who stop strife and bring
the rulebook on a turnament level. It show 5 different way to play space crusade and give a mission generator.
plus optional rules who extra declarated and with other colors are represented.
The original rule book has holes like a cheese. This book aims to clarify issues.
BOX CONTENTS:
- Mission Book ( with true background 1st time in german )
- Tournament Rulebook ( Cover by Adrian Smith - a pen pal of me )
- 4 Game Boards ( 7" x 10" big for printing on A4 letter, place for vehicles )
- 2 Dockings Boards ( 3" for vehicles )
- Blips and Tokens ( Regular to normal version but colored for Ultramarines & Blood Angels Honor Badges )
- Reference Cars for Chaos and Imperial Space Marines for an entire Army
* the Alien Event cards are extra ( same by Orders & Equipment Cars )
