** Thread Necromancy **
A lot of the material in these were compiled from Citadel Journals and White Dwarfs(and a few cases corrected or
added to the material originally presented). There were, however new articles here and there. It's too bad they didn't continue to do these as there is some interesting content submitted from Readers, etc. I do however like the Article on Building a 3d Dungeon in Deathblow 2.
I would have preferred a full sized gazetteer or magazine more than the little 'Zine style they did for all the Specialist magazines but for cost reasons this was the obvious choice. Still full color PDF editions would be neat to see made. And for some of the WHQ community to pick up the mantle... but I am sure the fear of the GW Lawyers and draconian practices has made most shy away from that approach.
About as close as I have seen to anything new at this level of output is by a gentleman whom goes by Little Monk whom has (and is still) doing quite a bit of Warhammer Quest stuff. Including writing full blown quest expansions (eg.Skaven - Tunnels Of Pestilence ) and some pretty interesting and informative reviews of the Official Expansions and Heroes (these can be found on the BoardGameGeek).

ps. I recently acquired the final issue of DB myself. After about 6 years of watching on and off.
