i would take a guess and say "in the flesh" these would look miles better than they do in the pics, as they are pretty extreme close up in harsh light!

i know Mortis will literally SHIT when I say this, but on skin i have recently, finally, got a technique that looks consistantly good...
 elf flesh with a bangload of Gryphonne sepia on. i know they are GW paints, but i rate them, and they look great for flesh. I also recomend Nuln oil for GW, it really is a good wash for weapons.

back int he day i did lots of skeltons, amd hit on a really easy technique which i think is well sexy. paint them white.

flesh wash.

you are doing great. just listen to mort, he has secret knowledge, and base them up too- they will look better
