Wanted! Rare Dragon Strike expansions

The Dragon Strike board game came with an advertisement for the "Dragon Knights" club(below). It promised a few things, but what I am interested in is the newsletter. There were supposed to be two editions, each containing a new quest scenario. I have never heard of anyone getting this newsletter, so it may have never been published. I contacted MB and they were unable to help. Do you folks have any leads? I would appreciate it if you would put out the word on this search, and let me know if you find anything, thanks.
