Scale's perfect for a bog-standard adult Deathclaw, pose is perfect for a casually strutting Deathclaw.

But I'll be chopping it up once I have a basic mold, reposing bits.
I'll make the head, maybe I'll be daring and try it in two parts for articulation :P
