Yes, but in the movie seems that this is the reason of the hatred between each other... and that's not the true, in the book this is a very very marginal event, in fact the dwarfs have no problem in Rivendell.

Oh yes, I really enjoyed the movie too! I think it's a very good movie, I'm sure I will re-watch it again in the future, but it wasn't perfect, and I feel that the main reason is because it's too long.
