Well holly crap! Don't be complaining about those gems they look awesome! Yeah the staff tip could use a bit more pop now, maybe some very pure white highlights on the edges? Maybe think of another light highlight on the brown too, the pouch in particular is a little flat....I'm now being very picky because you've very much shown you can do some very nice detail work
Also sand is looking about right for what you were saying on facebook
