i really struggled to even start it.... but i found once it started to come together it felt better. very bad detail, odd pose, very "old fashioned" with its side on pose. also- I am not very experienced in painting metal models- 99% of my boys are plastic, with a single resin dude and three metal ogryns. there definatley is a different technique to metal vs plastic. but i really like the way it looks, and plan to use him as either a Primaris Psyker OR an Astropath. i am also tempted to get three more and use the old metal cadian officer which has a very similar pose and style and use them as a psyker battle squad. the officer would be the overseer.

it depends how awesome these new psykic rules are in the 6th ed. if the cool kids say battle squads are cool, im gonna go that way.

i am most pleased with how i managed to shoehorn him into the army without ruining its theme.
