Sorry for not replying I've been bogged down with coursework!!  The rules aren't mine and were written by the very fine fellows at 15mm.co.uk (heres the link to the rules's page  http://15mm.co.uk/USE_ME_system.htm ).  They are for skirmish level gaming but I'm going to modify them for a more RPG orientated gaming experience!!
