I think these were incorporated into the WQ compendium (theres a link to them here on the forum).

Of course I could easily be wrong, WQ wasn't my favourite GW dungeon delver (as my blog and posts here testify!) so I wasn't that up to date with it at the time.

I'm sure someone more learned in the ways of WQ will come along and clear it all up sometime soon!
