1 there is no 'equipped standard issue' in Space Crusade - all equipment is picked from the cards

2 Scouts, hmm there's a point - Space Marine Scouts are used in boarding actions though ...

I've got Markerlights working as a more 'everyone in the squad shoot that guy' type thing
