As long as they are recognisable as SpaceMarines (eg dudes in Power Armour) and you stick to standard Space Crusade Marine Squad formation you'll be able to use them no problems

A standard Marine Squad in our Space Crusade campaign consists of 5 models:

1 Marine Commander
3 Marines with Bolters
1 Marine with Heavy Weapon

It's also useful to have a few extra Bolter Armed marines for re-enforcements events and/or if your Heavy Weapon runs out of ammo and you may want to make several versions of your Heavy Weapon Marine with different Heavy Weapons to give yourself a good choice of Heavy Weapons (Pro Tip: don't take a Heavy Bolter)

Out of the game box I'd suggest using the Blood Angels card set and taking Combat Blades and/or Bolt-pistols to represent the Close Combat advantages of having Axes (plus the Red cards would match your Marine's rouge colour scheme)

Another good choice might be to print yourself off a copy of the  Flesh Tearers Cards as they give you the option to give your Commander a Combat Shield which would fit in nicely with your Viking theme – you can always drop the JPGs of the cards into a picture editing program of your choice and change the name and symbols to your own chapter before printing so they are more your own too

A quick note to bear in mind background wise: Space Crusade is about several Marine Chapters (and some times temporarily allied races) working together in a desperate struggle against a great foe (normally Tyranids or Chaos) – there are a few missions with a monster-hunt type flavour to them, but there is much more to the game so your marines will need to have more at stake than hunting trophies
