Tin Bitz is a paint. You can get a nice rust effect by either drybrushing it or diluting it a lot and washing it on.

GW make stuff called Washes, but you can also wash with diluted paint or inks too.

GW make a "Babab Black Wash" but when I talk about a Black Ink wash or Black Inking it is diluted Black Ink. Don't know if Babab Black Wash will work the same, but it will be vastly more expensive.  Half a bottle of MP Black Ink has lasted me over five years so far, and I black in every model, so that is a couple of hundred at least.
