Could you give more detail as to.. What you're really after?

Try creating a scene, a world, an idea of races and just.. Whatever drew up the desire to create this game beyond that you suddenly want to?

If you're simply saying "I want to make a Sci fi RPG but have no ideas for the game" then.. It might just be better to stick to pre-existing games.
