The difference between S and M are as follows-

S is how strong you are.

Muscle is how tough you are.

Swap DEX out for Armour Rating or something similar since that is what you are using that stat for

Dexterity is what you need to beet to hit some one, calling it armor rating which would not only be copying D&D but also imply that that is your armor which in this case is your Muscle stat.  I'm thinking of dexterity more like agility.
