PROJECT: command chimera added detail

so here it is... iv painted the operations officer and stuck him in.
as for the name change- well its a funny story. it was always supposed to be called "Invigilus" but i was pissed when i tried to put the original decal on, and kept ruining the decal. i thought i had run out, but then i found one yesterday. so sober this time i put the correct name on!
