First time with Warhammer 40000 3th edition

Yesterday I play my first WH40K battle with a friend of mine (the one who persuade me to fall again in the Wargames abyss). We play a little battle for the conquest of a poor-in-scenography table (I have no sci-fi stuff yet!) to try the rules with two little armies (two Space Marine armies
) of about 600 points. It ends with a draw, but now we have an idea how WH40K works.

After this battle I can affirm I like WH40K. A lot.
