in a PS to this story, the worst has indeed happened.
the paint has been discontinued by what seems like all the suppliers. luckly i got two for £2 in the sale bin, and another that looks very similar that is satin not matt finish. in total i have about 2 and 1/3rd cans, plus the other colour. when thats all gone well.... thats pretty much fucked my force.
