Have you ever bought the D&D board game - there's often a few kicking around on ebay pretending to be HQ.  The forest / green areas could be adapted.  
I know it's not exactly marsh but my forest sections might be of some use?  Sort of designed for WHQ originally:

Perhaps if you blurred them in a program?

I think the trick with swamps or marshes is to define the difference between  the totally saturated areas with the passable "path" areas.

There's very some cheap sets ($1.50) by this guy, although the marsh set I was looking out looked like it had wooden walkways, which didn't quite look right.
