As long as theres a chance of some house rules for him ( and he gets to create a great fire dragon with his pipe

) I'm fine.
From what I've managed to see of your Dwarf character (please upload the photos again using the re-size options so we can see him properly) he'll be quite a formidable adventurer with out any special rules needed, he will roughly stat-up something like this:
A Dwarf's Movement is 1D12 and he takes no penalties for heavy armour
The large 2 handed hammer gives him 4WCD + blunt damage in Close Combat
and the Crossbow on his back gives him 3WCD + Damage on Special at a Range of 30” (please note that if you were to field him as Cleric he couldn't have the Crossbow as Clerics cannot use ranged weapons)
Since the model is based on a Mantic Dwarf I assume he's wearing Heavy Armour which gives him 4WCD in Defence
The Dwarf Warrior Class starts with 7 body points and 3 Mind points and gets to roll WCD rather than RCD when Resisting Magic
Dwarf Warriors can search for (but not disable) Traps
and get a Perception Bonus when searching for Secret Doors

don' worry about the 3d dungeon i have a quiker alternate setup: two laminated inch squared pieces of A3
ah so you have a kinda home made battlemat for use with dry erase pens?

I wasn't really planning on bringing the 3D dungeon anyway as sliding the plates together would tare up the table surfaces at THW (putting cloth down would protect the table but not be any good for the floor plates as they need to rest on a smooth hard surface). I've got a cardboard dungeon from several copies of Advanced HeroQuest I was thinking of bringing and we've also got a copy of
Billiam Babble's dungeon floorplans we could use
