Also the bridges that come in the main box set are pretty much scale-less too and work pretty well with 28/30mm figures (the stone bridge looks the better of the 2). Me and Big Cat played some battles across a table including the Battlefield in a Box rivers and bridges at Triple Helix Wargames and found the bridges have easily enough room to march 2 columns of troops mounted on standard 25mm round bases side-by-side with room to spare for jutting weapons and cloaks.
Here's a picture of some my Orcs crossing one of the bridges to give you an idea of how big they are
