Dungeon symbols are quite simple and scale down easily, the HeroQuest based one works best at at-least 16 upward and because of the constraints of the font format some symbols need to used at a larger size to keep them in scale.
The Dungeon Symbols font should work perfectly with the dungeon generator once finished, the HeroQuest based one is turning more into a useful novelty font (windings for dungeons lol) and would be hard to implement in a piece of software (due to needed rotation and resizing when adding them to maps), however it should still prove useful to people manually making maps in Photo-shop or PSP, ect.
