This is the Venator finished, I painted it in a mix of Tamiya and Valejo paints.
I like the way this came out, its dirty but still has colour.
The weathering is done with a mix of tamiya X19 smoke and valejo tank German tank grey heavily watered down for a pin wash around the detail.
The tyres were reverse dry brushed, the wheel was painted in earth colour and dry brushed in a tyre black, which picks out the treads where the tyres make contact and stay black.
These pics are of the venetor based, the grass is a mat from a company called Treemendus, the wooden base was bought at my local hobby store for a couple of ponds.
