Give the Chaos Spawn arms a try, you might have to trim the shoulder joint a bit to get them to join smoothly to the body, but I don’t think they’d be out of proportion (and it’s a demon after all, who’s to say how big it’s arms are …). Chaos warrior/knight shoulder plates should cover the joints nicely, but I’ll warn you that the current range don’t realty have shoulder plates like the old ones did, might want to try Chaos Spacemarines should pads, which should work nicely with a little filing here and there. A Bloodletter Hellblade sword would awesome, why not have it with one in each hand!
