As I said before Skaven don't need to have Daggers, as they have access to the Mutations Skills which includes Claws.  Which do exactly the same thing as the dagger.

Yes it's a signature weapon, but un-needed on the Blood Bowl fields when you have claws, and can't be sent off for using them!
