I like the construction and paintjob (I'm assuming this is a homebrew chapter, yes?) but I think you really need to see about finishing those bases properly.  A decent sand-and-PVA base with a coat or two of paint can make so much difference to the final look of a mini, especially when ranked up with the rest of the squad.
