Does anyone else think that the superior races, Ie sp marines inc  Chaos, Eldar inc dark eldar, the Tau and Necrons should not follow the rule of only fireing one strenth 5 or more weapon and move restictions.

I mean that if these races have the technolagy they would have sorted this out long long ago.
