mystery game system

can anyone help ive been trying to remember this game for some time & i know its OOP but it would be nice to remember the name
a fantasy game, a card/fig system, mostly knights & demons figures but very nice models, & something about an online rule add on thing had money problems just before Rackham went tits up?
i remember it was running for about a year & then nothing

i know its not much to go on but any help

no i dont think so it was another compeny, you know thinking about it i think it was launched about the same time as sodapop wars

mort, gav sorry no thats not it, i have to admite the 2 you guys posted i like the look of & the figures look fun to paint but saddly no
but this game i'm seeking the BIG selling point was the online thingy, i think you could go online & tweek the stats or something like that
