there's a few on the market; my personal favourite was Figures In Comfort, but there was issues with the previous owner (who left the country!) not filling orders... don't know what their current service is like...

Kaiser Rushforth is the leader in carry cases IMO; cheap, good solid quality and lovely soft foam :)

Battle Foam is the final "big name", but i find their products a bit expensive for what they are and their custom cut trays either too big or too inefficient.

failing that, any kind of Flight Case can be found at Hardware stores often exceedingly cheap :)

The cases I'd recommend are Crystal Castle's Battle-Hives, very nice cases and at very good prices.
they are difficult to get hold of in the UK at the moment, but being in Canada I think you'll have better luck

With both versions of the battle hive you get bunch of each size of foam so you shouldn't need any extras unless you want some spares
