well here he is . took me bloody ages , its hard to see from the photo (pants camera syndrome) but i went for shading rather than inks on this one . lots of layers , lots of time and lots of red bull . love the model , was really nice to paint something other than space marines for a change and put my skills to the test . hope you guys likey ?!

Re: kenjiro the ronin .

Awesome mini and great paint job!

Can we expect to be seeing more fantasy stuff from you in future?

Re: kenjiro the ronin .

I still find it hard to believe that some one as good at painting as you, doesn't like doing it.

The Wood Elf Nobel will make a good Quest character when you come and visit

Well statistically you'll have to make it some time ...

Re: kenjiro the ronin .

I believe Horus Lupercal bought his rohan miniature from:
http://www.arcaneminiatures.co.uk/fantasy-miniatures.asp
However their stocks change quite often so I can't guarantee it's still available, if oriental stuff is your kinda thing you'll probably want to check out the Anima Tactics Range on that site and also EM4's Oriental Blades

Re: kenjiro the ronin .

Thank you for the information:I have book marked oriental blades at £8 it does not specify the size........sounds pricy if its a miniature?Arcane supplies the Andrea paints I am currently using & other stuff,I found Kenjiro at £7.65-would that be 28mm?If so I will have to stick to 1/16th plus. The Okko miniatures were sweet.I need reading glasses now so find small stuff harder than I used to.
