Wondering if anyone here had or knew of any rope tiles or markers?

I was wondering if anyone here had or knew of any rope tiles or markers? Here is kinda what I'm looking for:

I'm asking for a tile or maker for this to show where heroes will end up in the next level of a castle if they slide down from a tile like this:
