Equally I have never my self seen a copy of any of the Dragon Knights newsletters - which I imagine was rather short lived due to Dragon Strike not getting as popular as expected at the time it was released

I contacted MB and they were unable to help.
MB were unlikely to be able to help you with this anyway since DragonStrike was published by TSR.
TSR as it was at the time of Dragon Strike no longer exists, but it's intellectual properties (which would include Dragon Strike) are owned by Wizards of the Coast (the makers of Magic: the Gathering and the newer editions of D&D).
I wish you luck in the future of your search and rest assured you will find any extra Dragon Strike materials we come across here on the forum as soon as we have it.
If you're planning to stick around here, I suggest getting yourself over to our
Introductions Section and making a post there
