Unless you bulk out his armour like he's infested with Nurgley goodness, you're going to really need to smooth down the thighs, they seem to bulge out a bit too much.
Aside from that, the only down sides to the model are the loose cables [Just sculpt a bit of housing to meld the ends into the armour]
One last little thing, use a hole-punch, get two discs of plasticard and use them to extend the arms, the shoulders need to be wider.

They only need to be smoothed.
Unless you want to go for a more corrupt look, perhaps you could try sculpting the same kind of daemonic flesh that you can see through his left shoulder pad?
That way, if it's too thin, it can look like he's busting out, if he ends up too fat, you can sculpt it like a wad of muscle :)
